At Titan Exteriors, We Hold Ourselves To A Higher Standard.
That Is Why We Are Proud To Be Fully Accredited By The Better Business Bureau

The Better Business Bureau, founded in 1912, is a nonprofit organization focused on building marketplace trust. They are an independent third party organization that monitors the market place and provides a means for consumers to resolve issues with a company they have chosen to do business with. But there is a HUGE difference between a company that is simply listed with the BBB, a member company or a fully accredited company.

It takes work to become an accredited business. If a business has been accredited by the BBB, it means BBB has determined that the business meets accreditation standards, which include a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints. But the key point here is that a business is under NO OBLIGATION to seek BBB accreditation.

Becoming a BBB Accredited Business is Completely Voluntary.

At Titan Exteriors we believe it is critically important for consumers to be able to trust us and that they have a channel for seeking redress if we ever fall short. We bend over backwards to make our clients happy, but we also like our clients like to know they have an independent third party organization looking out for them as well.

In short, we hold ourselves to a higher standard.
